Ways To Keep Healthy Feet

Sad to say, but many do their feet for granted. Do you think it’s just “feet”, and that they need proper care and attention. But studies show that the health and appearance of our feet can greatly affect our health in general. Podiatrists agree that proper health care for the feet will make your work easier to do. Even the slightest pain in the legs can make you feel uncomfortable at all.
Fortunately, our feet are one of the easiest parts of our body to keep in top shape. Just read and follow these tips in keeping your feet healthy and looking great.
Hygiene
Because our feet can easily get a fungal infection and bruises from everyday walking and other daily activities, it is ideal to maintain very good hygiene. Keep them healthy, clean them thoroughly every time you bathe. Use soap and good stuff, like cleaning the face with a towel or a foot brush to remove dirt in the nails and between fingers. After bathing, dry feet completely using a clean towel. Make sure your feet are already dry before putting on any shoes. Wearing shoes or socks with wet feet is a major cause of fungal infection.
Make sure you do not take socks to anyone. It is painful to wear someone else’s socks, because you can never know if they have sweaty feet, or fungal infection. Same with the slippers. If and when you really need to wear shoes of other people (bowling, etc.) just make sure you bring your own clean socks. If they are sandals or pumps for women to wear stockings feet all the time. There is also a convenient anti-fungal sprays available. Spray inside of shoes to wait about ten minutes or so before putting them on (always with socks).
Shoes
Choose the correct and appropriate footwear for the occasion. Do not wear anything that is too small for you or too big. Both will create tension, not only to your feet, but also to your feet. Similarly, if you’re going for a walk or activity involves a lot of walking, make sure you have comfortable running shoes or rubber boots on. It’s not cool to wear shoes that are always too flat, and shoes with heels. It must be a balance of both types of shoes a week.
Toe cleaning or pedicure
Desirable to have a pedicure every once in a while. Just make sure that all cleaning equipment salon you are going to clean and sterilize their equipment after each customer. If you have any doubts, you can also bring your own detergent to make sure that you will not contract unwanted diseases.
