Tips for panic attacks

Imagine this: It’s at 8 pm on Tuesday evening and you have just settled down on the couch, watch their favorite shows on your TV. Five minutes in the show, your heart starts to gain momentum. Your palms sweat and visibly to break your head starts to swim. You’re no longer paying attention to the screen, instead you worry about your child and think they can not return home in safety. You may be worrying about your cat, which did not come from outside yet. Your world is spiraling out of control – literally – and you can do anything to stop it. All you can do is wait. Wait and hope that it will soon expire.
If you have a panic attack sufferer, you know how hard and scary these situations. Although you may feel helpless now, feel confident knowing that you are not alone. 40 million Americans suffer from panic attacks and many strategies have been used to help them, and you will live a normal life. Before we explore these options, though, one thing you want to start thinking about the cause of your panic attacks. When you first begin to experience an attack, note where you are. Notice around you. Notice what thoughts break through your mind at that time. Write down what ever you can remember at the end of your panic attacks and try to bring together common features. If you are, unfortunately, another attack to take note of the same, and to find what factors in the event of similar attacks.

Managing Time

Do you ever sit in traffic on the way to work listening to the radio, only to be bored by a over-the-top DJ rambling on about something stupid? Or maybe you find yourself staring out of the window of a train or bus wishing it would hurry up so that you can get to the million and one things you need to do today?
According to some interesting statistics that I was reading recently, the average worker spends at least an hour a day travelling to and from work, with some people spending more than 8 hours a week commuting. That’s an entire work day every week! Believe it or not, commuting on public transport or travelling to and from work can actually be one of the most productive times of your day.
